This privacy policy covers Tiger Athletics’ treatment of the personally identifiable information that Tiger Athletics collects when you are registering for an Athletic program. Because we gather personal information about you, we feel you should fully understand the capture and use of this information. If you

Tiger Athletics Privacy Policy
Tiger Athletics provides a safe, fun and positive athletics sports experience for athletes between the ages of 3 - adult. Tiger Athletics has built its reputation on these fundamental principals. It is within this context that we have also created our privacy policy. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect, especially with respect to children’s privacy. We are committed to safeguarding the online privacy of our users and do not intend to rent or sell your information to any third party. Our privacy policy has been carefully constructed to take your privacy concerns into consideration. We may modify these policies from time to time to better address your concerns or to make other additions or changes that we deem appropriate. Tiger Athletics also reserves the right to share, rent, or sell parental information to our partners and sponsors. Tiger Athletics will provide notice to you in the event that we change our policy by placing that change on the web-site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies or organizations that Tiger Athletics does not own or control, or to people that Tiger Athletics does not manage or employ. This policy also does not apply to sites with which Tiger Athletics may be linked.
Privacy and Data Collection
Tiger Athletics does not collect personal information about you (name, address, email, hobbies) unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. Whenever we do collect personal information from you, we will explicitly notify you that we are doing so.
Site Registration Customer Order Information
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as a name and email address), unique identifiers, and demographic information (for instance, a zip code or the age of the participant). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and programs, as well as promotional material from our partners or sponsors. In such cases, unless we tell you differently, these third parties do not have any right to use your information beyond what is necessary to provide a product or a service on our behalf.
• We are asked or required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes.
• Medical or other public services personnel request the information in the process of
rendering aid to your child.
We may partner with other companies or organizations to provide additional services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

Tiger Athletics Security Statement
Tiger Athletics takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When user’s submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
Financial Security
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card numbers and/or social security numbers, that information is encrypted and is protected with the industry standard SSL encryption. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked as when you are surfing. This denies access to your account information by anyone other than those with the appropriate clearance.
Offline Security
All users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees, such as billing clerks, who need the information to perform a specific job, are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Network Security
The tigerathletics.com Internet servers are housed in a firewall-protected, well-controlled environment to create a high level of physical and network security for your data. The site is regularly monitored, and tigerathletics.com performs internal and external security audits to further protect all sensitive information.

Tiger Athletics Refund/Exchange Policy
Store items are eligible for exchange only. Tiger Athletics has a no refunds policy for all athletic programs. For exchanges, please contact us here. Shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if we have made an error and shipped you a wrong item, we will be responsible for return shipping fees on those items only and will ship out the correct item at our cost once we have the returned item.
Weather Policy
Unfortunately, Tiger Athletics participants will encounter some rainy days. Tiger Athletics will not cancel programs due to rain showers. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, the director at each site may cancel or post-pone the program for the safety of the participants. To determine if there is a cancellation or post-ponement, please check with the program director at your site. Please note, Tiger Athletics’ website may not have updated weather information. In the rare event of a program cancellation, your child will not be left alone. The on-site director will ensure that every participant is picked up by a parent, guardian or by the emergency contact. Tiger Athletics cannot provide refunds for cancellations or post-ponements that are weather-related.

How do I know if I am registered?
If you registered directly with Tiger Athletics, then you are registered upon our receipt of your registration and full payment. Tiger Athletics will only contact you only if there is a concern about your registration. If you register on the Tiger Athletics website, you will receive an instant online confirmation.
My child can't attend the program after all, can I get a refund?
Tiger Athletics has a no-refund policy. However, if you registered directly with Tiger Athletics and are unable to attend the program you registered for, you may apply your registration to a future program this year by calling 612.695.8771. Tiger Athletics does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.
Do you have multiple child discounts?
Because our programs are priced as low as possible, Tiger Athletics does not offer multiple child discounts.
Who are your coaches, and what are their qualifications?
Tiger Athletics recruits highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional ability to communicate well with children. All coaches have participated in their respective sports at either the high school or college level. All coaches must complete an application, personal interview, background investigation, classroom training, field training and pass a coaches' test prior to their first day of work.
My 8-year old has never played this sport. Will he/she feel out of place?
Tiger Athletics tailors its programs to introductory, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Groups will be divided by age and then by ability. Fun and enjoyment are priorities at our programs. The emphasis is on learning skills and techniques in a low pressure, appropriately competitive environment.
Are the programs co-ed?
Yes.
My child has already attended a Tiger Athletics camp/program, will they learn anything new?
You bet! Tiger Athletics offers a progressive curriculum that develops young athletes’ skills in an age-appropriate format.
Do you offer Family Training and/or events we can experience?
Yes! We believe in living the life and setting the example for your kids! We offer year-round weekend programs for the family. Adults and kids train separately, starting at age 3. Events will be posted as they are available. Go to REGISTRATION to review current programs available.
Do you train Elite High School, College and/or Pro Athletes?
